    No exchanges or returns will be availabe for error in judgement relating to sizing or appearance of the product (i.e. if you don't like how it fits or how it looks), so DOUBLE CHECK MEASUREMENTS, PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTION to ensure you are not dissapointed with your purchase

    We get that vintage clothing doesn't always look or fit the way you expect, so we offer a 3 day return policy from the day you receive the product if the item doesn't fit how you like or if you're just not feeling it in person.

    The product should be sent back in the same condition you received it and we will inspect it upon return to ensure this. Returns shipping/postage will be covered by you in this case and when we receive and process your return, you'll receive a store credit for the amount you paid minus the original shipping/postage costs. We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind. If you received free shipping with your order, a flat rate of $15 will be deducted from your store credit.

    All returns must then be sent within 3 business days after receiving the return address and tracking number must be provided to us, otherwise the return request will not be upheld. Once we receive the items and inspect the condition, you will receive your store credit.

    If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact us at with your order number, product/s you wish to return and the reason for return and we'll try and fix it up for you.

    Icon Vintage is not liable for loss or misplacement of the product while being returned to us, so it is reccomended that you return it using registered or signed post and send us the tracking details.


    As vintage clothing is pre-loved and used, it should be expected that there would be rips, stains or discolouring from general wear and wash. All of our products are inspected and we'll try to add pictures of any flaws, however please account for human error in this process. Any major issues with them will be stated in the description.

    Returns related to small issues regarding rips, stains or discolouring will be honoured with a return and store credit, however a refund will be available if there are any major and glaring issues we did not specify that would affect the function of the product, such as a major rip or broken zippers. However, again we thoroughly inspect all products before sending and the severity of the defect is up to the discretion of the business

    Deadstock/new pieces should be carefully washed and air dried first as their lack of exposure to wear can lead to damage. Items are sold as is and so we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if deadstock/new items are damaged after the first wash.

    As the measurements of the item are also placed in the description, issues in relation to sizing are also only covered by a store credit return.
